Like Richmond in the previous post, Greenwich is another one of those places that I should go to more often. It is also one of those little village-y places that I love, with an amazing big park and lots of interesting places to discover. I'd been to Greenwich once before when I very first came to London in 2015, when I did the touristy thing and went to the Observatory and then went to the food market, where I had one of the best burgers I have ever had, and still think about, the ramen noodle pulled pork burger. I wonder if it's still there, I'd love to have another one, it was delicious.
Anyway, lets not get side-tracked on food... I went to Greenwich this time to see spring. I did actually go to see the cherry blossoms, which I had seen on Instagram and in Time Out, but I either missed them, or I was too late (I think it was the former, but I can't be sure!). Nevertheless, I saw some lovely magnolias coming out, and the park itself is really lovely. I also went down to the Queen's House, which I'd never been to before, but there was a wedding on so everyone kept getting moved on and I left because it was a waste of time not being able to see it properly. I'll just have to go back again... and maybe next time find the cherry blossoms in the park!
