At Christmastime in 2015, I went to National Trust's Waddesdon Manor - the house was all decked out in lovely Christmas decorations and trees. But you didn't get to see all of the house as the rest was shut up for cleaning. So when my parents came to London (with their car), I suggested we head out there... it was so much easier to get there with a car than spending 2 hours on public transport!
It's basically a French chateau in the middle of Buckinghamshire, who wouldn't want to go there on a gloriously sunny Spring day. It didn't disappoint either - just beautiful!
