Next on my map of western NSW was Menindee Lakes. We drove through the town and it was a bit iffy, but we continued on to the lakes and they were amazing.

There was water in the big Pamamaroo Lake, and lots of camping by the shore. You could camp anywhere you liked for free, which was great. We picked a spot and settled down. It was so nice, quiet, peaceful, with a good view and we could watch pelicans on the lake

We went for a walk at sunset and took some photos and put the drone up. It was so gorgeous! Such an amazing sunset! Our western NSW trip was really dishing up some great camping sites and amazing sunsets.
