Colmar was the last stop on my tour of the Alsace region and I was looking forward to it! Sadly though, I'd seen so many other beautiful places along the way that it didn't really live up to my expectations.
A highlight was seeing the Maison Pfister. This building can clearly be seen in the movie "Howl's Moving Castle" - one of my all-time favourite movies! Sophie and Howl drift over the building while they are flying at the beginning of the movie!
