Two Temple Place is a little-known museum in London that only opens for a short period each year. It's a late-19th century Gothic building that was built for a wealthy American - at the time, its possible that he was the richest man in the world, though as no real records existed back then, its hard to know for sure. He started the Waldorf Astoria chain of hotels so must have been pretty well-off!

The interior was full of wood panelling and wood carving were everywhere. The staircase features carvings from the Three Musketeers, while the frieze around the staircase depicts Shakespearean characters. The stained windows were also lovely.
