After walking down to the Duoro River then catching the funicular up to the cathedral (Porto is VERY hilly!), I then walked out to the double-decker bridge from the previous post (Ponte Louis I is its official name) and peered over the edges - the view was incredible!

Next, I wandered back uphill to the Igreja do Carmo and Carmelitas next door. These churches are divided by a very narrow house in the middle - one of the world's smallest - ostensibly to stop the monks from Carmo fraternising with the nuns from the Carmelitas convent.

The last stop of the day was a lookout over Porto, before heading back to my hotel.
