The Grant Museum of Zoology is possibly the coolest museum I have ever been to. Unfortunately it's not open all the time, so you have to time your visit, but it is absolutely fascinating. With around 67,000 ancient specimens or animals, including skulls, skeletons, microscopic things, and even a jar of moles, you could spend half a day in there!
