Dusseldorf is a great mixture of old buildings and new, with none more prominent than the Rheinturm, the tower that stands over all the buildings below it. We went up there, no photos though because it was a bit too scary for me and I stayed far away from the windows!!
The other important buildings in Dusseldorf are the Frank Gehry buildings called Neuer Zollhoff.
