My flight to Bergen was due to leave at 8:45pm, but for some reason it had been delayed about 2 hours. So I arrived at my hotel in Bergen about 2am. And knowing that I had to wake up at 6am the next morning to catch the 7:30 train to the fjords. It was a bit rough. But damn was it worth it. These are the photos I took for the Myrdal to Flåm section via a lovely old-fashioned train through the mountains. It was absolutely stunning - coming in late, I hadn't seen any of Norway besides the airport and my hotel, and to do this trip first thing in the morning.... wow.

We went through tunnels, past a waterfall, through tiny little "towns" and past colourful wooden houses, all the way to Flåm, where we stopped for lunch.
